Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for our HR systems and support the global HR teams with the integration of our HR system “Workday” by providing first and second level support
  • You manage and standardize global HR processes, such as role assignments and tasks in recruiting and human capital management
  • You represent EagleBurgmann in internal Freudenberg project groups on the subject of recruiting and human capital management
  • You support headcount reporting, ensure data quality according to Freudenberg best practices and ensure data corrections
  • As a connector with other EagleBurgmann units, you organize the standardized review of data quality and dashboards
  • In cooperation with the local HR department, you provide advice and support to new HR employees and coordinate the interfaces with the IT department

Qualifications

  • You own a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with at least 3 years of HR experience, ideally you have worked with Workday
  • You have a proven ability to build strong business partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • You are familiar with maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information
  • You combine a structured way of working with excellent project management skills and knowledge of change management
  • You have an understanding of working within a global and diverse corporate culture and own excellent communication skills
  • In addition to Office 365 tools, you are able to speak and write German and English fluently
