About the role
You spot opportunities before they reach the CRM, build relationships with substance and know how to close complex IT solution deals; you are the Sales Manager (m/f/d) we’re looking for.
As Sales Manager for our Business Unit in Germany, you drive the growth of new business for ITQ's cloud, infrastructure and managed services portfolio. Your main focus is new business: you identify relevant target customers, build a strong pipeline and lead opportunities from first contact to contract signature.
You will not sell isolated products. Together with Strategic Customer Advisory and Delivery, you shape solutions that are technically sound, commercially convincing and genuinely relevant to the customer.
In this role, you will:
Actively acquiring new customers and building a robust pipeline
Responsibility for the entire sales cycle from lead to close, in close coordination with pre-sales
Developing and implementing account and territory strategies
Working closely with pre-sales and delivery teams across the three service models (Managed Services, T&M, License)
Forecasting, reporting, and management based on clear pipeline KPIs
Building customer relationships at the decision-maker level
Who you are
Three to six years of successful sales experience in IT, cloud or infrastructure.
A proven hunter track record in building new business and closing complex B2B solution deals.
Experience in a partner, systems integrator, consulting or vendor environment is an advantage.
A solid basic understanding of virtualization, cloud infrastructure and License, Time & Material and Managed Services sales models.
You communicate and negotiate confidently at C-level, listen carefully and translate customer needs into convincing value propositions.
You work proactively, in a structured and reliable way, and maintain focus and energy throughout longer sales cycles.
Experience with CRM-based pipeline management, ideally Zoho or a comparable system.
You are fluent in German and communicate confidently in English.
You live in Germany and are willing to travel across the DACH region.
