Job Profile:
Based at the Lampoldshausen site, the job holder (m/f/d) will be responsible for the following tasks as a Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d):
Verifying alignment between customer product/quality assurance requirements and internal quality standards
Ensuring correct compliance with product and quality assurance rules (including adherence to applicable company processes within the project framework)
Monitoring and controlling all product and quality assurance activities, including coordinating all necessary disciplines (e.g., QA for Engineering and MAIT, Supply Quality Assurance, PMP/M&P, EEE, RAMS)
Actively managing the customer interface regarding product and quality assurance aspects of the project, including internal and external reporting
Defining, creating, and delivering required product assurance documentation and compiling data packages
Conducting key milestone meetings (MIPs, KIPs, TRRs, TRBs, DRBs, etc.), consolidating the risk register, and monitoring the implementation of risk mitigation measures
Coordinating and handling issues, anomalies, and non-conformances
Supporting the creation and management of RFDs (Requests for Deviation) and RFWs (Requests for Waiver)
Coordinating, conducting, and documenting project "lessons learned"; introducing and implementing preventive measures in follow-up projects
Performing tasks related to supplier quality management, including review meetings, etc.
Auditing/reviewing suppliers and sub-suppliers regarding their processes, materials, etc.
Tracking changes in the areas of configuration and... Documentation Management
Preparation of acceptance documentation; verification and certification of product conformity within a program or project environment, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and contractual requirements
Support in the preparation of proposals
Personal Requirements:
Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information

High level of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent
Education:
Completed degree in engineering or a related field
Knowledge of electrical engineering or high-voltage engineering is an advantage
Professional Experience:
At least 3 years of professional experience
Experience in electrical engineering, high-voltage engineering, EEE component management, or a similar field
Additional Qualifications:
Completed certification as a Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister)
IT Skills:
Proficiency in SAP and Office tools; knowledge of PLM-T/Teamcenter is an advantage
Language Skills:
German: Business fluent (negotiation level)
English: Proficient
Knowledge:
Solid knowledge of product/quality assurance
Further Qualifications:
Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (8D, Kepner-Tregoe, Face-IT2, or similar) is an advantage
