Are you looking for a 6 to 12-month high-impact internship in a globally leading company? Are you an enthusiastic learner who has a passion for Employer Branding, Social Media, and Employee Engagement, and enjoys working in a company in which your development is key? We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of Employer Branding & Employee Engagement Intern.
As an Employer Branding & Employee Engagement Intern, you will…
  • Support the development and execution of employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns across the Europe & MEA region.
  • Create engaging content for social media and career sites to showcase DHL Supply Chain as great place to work for all.
  • Shape and implement creative engagement activities that strengthen our culture, connect our people, and make our Regional Office an even more inspiring place to work
  • Assist in developing employee stories, testimonials, videos, and other content that brings our culture and values to life.
  • Support the management of social media channels by helping with content planning, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Conduct market research and benchmark employer branding best practices, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Who are we looking for?
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Digital Marketing, and Social Media.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content and branding opportunities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Proven track record with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, or content creation tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
