A globally respected brand studio creating sharp, distinctive, high-quality identities for ambitious businesses, founders, and cultural organisations. This role is based in Berlin, working from the studio with a wider international network across multiple major creative cities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A Senior Designer who can generate strong ideas, shape them beautifully, and help bring a high level of craft into the team around them. You’ll be someone who loves identity design properly: symbolism, typography, colour, illustration, iconography, art direction, and all the small decisions that make a brand feel distinctive and complete.

You’ll need to be confident articulating ideas both visually and verbally, contributing to creative catch-ups, helping raise the standard of thinking, and supporting junior designers as part of a close-knit team.

You should be comfortable building client presentations, presenting work eloquently, taking direction from senior creatives, and translating strategic phases into strong design execution.

WHAT IS IT?

You’ll be joining a high-calibre Berlin design team to work on brand identities for companies with real ambition.

It’s a hands-on senior design role with a good mix of ideas, craft, client-facing work, and team collaboration. You’ll help create complete identity systems, support the development of world-class brand work, and bring strategy to life through beautifully judged design.
