Currently, we are supporting a partner, a Berlin-based technology firm, with the rollout of internal AI systems designed to handle complex data processing tasks. As an AI Operations Assistant, you will play a practical part in ensuring these systems remain reliable. You will work directly with our senior consultants to monitor system outputs, verify data integrity, and update configuration logs. This role is built for someone who enjoys structured work and wants to learn how large-scale technical projects are managed from the ground up without the typical office distractions.

What you will be doing
The daily work involves supporting the operational side of our technical implementations. You will not be expected to build complex architectures, but you will be responsible for the tasks that keep those architectures functioning correctly. Your time will be spent ensuring that the single source of truth we promise our clients remains accurate and accessible.

• Reviewing AI-generated outputs for accuracy and consistency against source documentation.
• Assisting with the configuration of system settings based on specific client requirements.
• Updating project documentation and user guides to reflect recent changes or updates.
• Flagging data discrepancies and working with the senior team to resolve them.
• Maintaining clean data sets for testing and validation purposes.
• Organizing internal project logs to ensure all technical decisions are clearly tracked.
• Helping prepare handover materials that allow client teams to remain independent after our work is done.
• Participating in remote team check-ins to provide updates on operational tasks.
