Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented In-App Marketing Intern to support the execution, optimization, and reporting of in-product marketing campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams to help drive user engagement and conversion through targeted in-app experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with campaign management, experimentation, analytics, and marketing technology platforms.

• Support the setup, execution, and maintenance of in-product marketing campaigns across various marketing and product engagement tools.

• Conduct campaign testing and quality assurance activities to ensure a seamless user experience before launch.

• Execute A/B tests and other optimization initiatives to continuously improve conversion rates and customer engagement.

• Assist in monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on campaign performance, outcomes, and key insights.

• Analyze data and help evaluate the effectiveness of in-app marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support campaign launches, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization efforts.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Interest in digital marketing, user engagement, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with digital analytics, product engagement, or marketing technology platforms.

• Knowledge of Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics, and Pendo is a plus, but not required.

• A technical or engineering background is a strong plus, as the role involves working with marketing technology platforms, campaign configurations, testing frameworks, analytics tools, and troubleshooting implementation issues.

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

  • €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract

  • €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract

  • €1,400 for a full-time internship position
