Service Channel Manager

Main Responsibilities:
Relationship Building；Establish and develop relationships with key channel and partners, Supporting internal and external communication
Distribution Management: Partner Certification, target breakdown, performance checking, BP review, rebate follow-up, PSI data management
Performance Monitoring Tracking and communicating performance and rebate, Regular monitoring and analysis of data report，root cause analysis and find solution to resolve it.
Partner development: Lead and organize the company's resources to achieve strategic alignment with partners. Like Training Organization，coordination and Organization of Marketing Events
Other Department and Channel-Related Tasks
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in develop managing channels
Excellent English (negotiation level) and fluent in Mandarin Chinese or German is a plus
Excellent relationship management, communication and presentation skills;
Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented, Success-oriented, motivation
Experience in consumer electronics and PV industry channels is a plus
