Position / Role:Modern Service Manager (MSM)
Required Technical Skill Set: M365 & Adoption Change Management (Senior Consultant)
Desired Experience Range: Senior Consultant: 8–10 years of experience in IT Service Management, Operations Management, or Microsoft technologies
Onsite Location (CITY/TOWN, COUNTRY): Frankfurt / Mannheim area, Munich, Nordrhein Westfalen, Germany
Onsite Availability (100% Onsite/100% Remote/Hybrid): 100% Remote
Language Proficiency with levels (German/English/Both): German is mandatory, with English required as a secondary language for these roles.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Sr Consultant:
• Manage support requests and service tickets across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Lead change management planning, approvals, implementation, and governance activities.
• Monitor service health, operational KPIs, and adoption metrics.
• Coordinate incident and problem management processes.
• Act as the escalation point for service disruptions and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to maintain service quality.
• Drive continuous service improvement and operational optimization initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports and executive status updates.
