For our Central Logistics Competence Center, we are seeking a Logistics and IT Support Specialist (f/m/d). To ensure that our employees and customers are reliably equipped with the necessary IT hardware at all times, you’ll take on a variety of tasks related to logistics, warehouse management, and the provision of IT workstation hardware. In doing so, you’ll ensure smooth processes—from receiving goods to issuing devices.
Responsibilities
- IT Logistics and Warehouse Management
- Receiving, inspecting, and recording IT hardware, peripherals, and accessories
- Organizing, storing, and managing inventory, including physical counts and inventory checks
- Maintaining inventory and asset data, as well as documenting changes in inventory
- Hardware Provisioning and Shipping
- Provision, issuance, return, packaging, and shipping of IT hardware and accessories
- Coordination of delivery dates and support with inventory planning
- Processing warranty claims, returns, and defect reports
- IT support for end devices
- Installation, reinstallation, and setup of workstation devices according to specified standards
- Conducting functional tests and inspecting defective and repaired end devices and peripheral devices
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training, e.g., as a warehouse logistics specialist, IT systems electronics technician, or a comparable qualification
- Basic knowledge of working with IT hardware and an interest in logistical and technical processes
- A structured, meticulous, and reliable work style, as well as strong organizational skills
- A service-oriented attitude, ability to work in a team, and a sense of responsibility
- Physical stamina for tasks in a warehouse and shipping environment
