Performance Marketing Specialist (m/w/d) Remote within Germany

Your mission

At Circunomics, paid acquisition is how we grow the marketplace, and this role is at the center of it. You will own the day-to-day execution of our global paid acquisition strategy: managing budgets, running channel operations, briefing creative, and turning test results into documented learning. Working closely with the Marketing Team Lead, you will be the hands-on driver behind our paid media performance, making data-informed decisions, flagging risks early, and continuously pushing towards smarter spend and stronger results.

This is a role for someone who moves fast, thinks in systems, and always asks "what's next?"

Your profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2- 3 years' experience in Performance Marketing
• Fluent in English, Fluent in German (minimum C1)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proactive communicator
• Strong Project management and self-organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Show Ownership & ability to push your own projects; always ask "what's next?"
  
  Bonus points for
• Experience in B2B Marketing
• Interest in the Automotive, Mobility, or Energy sector is a huge plus

Your Tasks
Paid acquisition & budget

• Execute the global paid acquisition strategy in close partnership with the Marketing Team Lead
• Manage day-to-day paid media budget pacing, reporting, and re-allocation
• Optimize paid spend across channels for long-term LTV and profitability

Channel strategy

• Run day-to-day channel operations across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Potentially test new channels (YouTube, Reddit) and recommend scale-up opportunities backed by evidence, not assumption

Creative & messaging

• Brief our internal design team on funnel-specific creative needs
• Translate performance data into creative iteration recommendations across the funnel (TOF to BOF)

Testing & measurement

• Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages
• Analyze KPIs and develop insights for budget, channel, and creative decisions, documenting what was learned along the way

Cross-functional collaboration

• Share acquisition learnings across the organization to strengthen in-house capability, not just your own results
• Communicate proactively: flag risks early, share progress proactively, and bring your reasoning when you advocate for a decision

AI Usage

• Leverage AI to establish processes that fit your working style
• Create AI-first workflows and Agents to assist you in your everyday work
