Were now looking for a Senior App Store Optimization Manager to lead one of the most important parts of that mission.

Tasks

ASO at REPLUG isnt about changing keywords every month. Its about helping companies unlock more commercial value from one of their most important growth channels.

As our Senior App Store Optimization Manager youll lead the organic growth strategy for a portfolio of international mobile apps working directly with founders growth leaders and marketing teams to improve discoverability conversion and long-term revenue impact.

Youll own strategy execution and client communication while collaborating closely with our Paid UA Creative and Growth Consulting teams to ensure ASO contributes to broader business objectives not just App Store rankings.

Beyond client work were looking for someone who wants to become an active voice within the mobile industry. Whether thats speaking at conferences participating in webinars publishing thought leadership or representing REPLUG at industry events youll help shape both our clients growth and our market presence.

Drive Organic Growth That Impacts the Business

Youll own the organic growth strategy for a portfolio of international mobile apps helping clients increase discoverability conversion and long-term commercial performance.

Rather than treating ASO as a standalone discipline youll connect it with broader growth initiatives ensuring it contributes to measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing long-term ASO strategies aligned with each clients commercial objectives.
• Identifying opportunities to grow organic acquisition conversion rates and revenue.
• Building quarterly growth roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives based on impact.
• Translating data into clear strategic recommendations for clients.

Lead ASO Execution

Youll be responsible for the day-to-day execution behind those strategies.

This includes:

• Keyword research and market analysis.
• Metadata optimisation across the App Store and Google Play.
• Localisation strategies across multiple markets.
• Creative optimisation including screenshots icons feature graphics and video recommendations.
• Planning and analysing A/B tests.
• Monitoring rankings visibility conversion rates and competitor movements.
• Staying ahead of platform changes and industry trends.

Work as a Growth Partner

Youll work directly with founders product teams and marketing leaders.

This means youll:

• Present strategies and recommendations confidently.
• Lead client calls and workshops.
• Explain complex topics in a simple commercially meaningful way.
• Build trusted relationships with clients.

Collaborate Across Growth Disciplines

Growth doesnt happen in silos.

Youll work closely with our specialists across:

to ensure organic growth is integrated into a broader mobile growth strategy.

As part of this role youll actively contribute to REPLUGs presence within the mobile industry.

• Participating in webinars and podcasts.
• Publishing thought leadership on LinkedIn.
• Contributing to articles and industry content.
• Supporting marketing initiatives.

You dont need to be an experienced speaker today but you should be excited about becoming one.

Requirements

We care more about demonstrated impact than simply years of experience.

Were looking for someone who has consistently helped apps grow through organic channels and enjoys solving complex growth challenges.

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on ASO experience.
• Experience managing multiple mobile apps simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of both the Apple App Store and Google Play ecosystems.
• Proven experience developing ASO strategies not just executing tasks.
• Deep knowledge of keyword optimisation metadata and localisation.
• Experience planning and evaluating A/B tests.
• Strong understanding of App Store conversion optimisation.
• Working knowledge of Apple Search Ads and how paid search supports organic growth.
• Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with performance data.
• Experience presenting recommendations directly to clients or senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a mobile marketing agency.
• Experience with enterprise or international apps.
• Experience with implementing AI in day-to-day activities.
• Familiarity with MMPs.
• Experience using tools such as AppTweak MobileAction Sensor Tower ASOdesk or SplitMetrics.
• Additional languages.
• Previous conference speaking webinars or public presentations.
