Group Product Lead (m|w|d) B2B Products

As Group Product Lead for B2B Products at idealo, you lead the Product Leads and Product Managers responsible for idealo's merchant- and brand-facing products, spanning idealo Business, idealo Solutions, and idealo Insights. You combine hands-on product work with coaching your team, ensuring your group consistently delivers for thousands of partners.

You guide your Product Leads and Product Managers across the partner journey, from onboarding and retention to booking and configuration tools, billing, and reporting and insights for merchants and brands.

As a player-coach, you stay hands-on in selected parts of the portfolio while owning the roadmap and delivery across the group. You resolve competing priorities, align work across product areas, and ensure your teams deliver a coherent experience for idealo's partners.

This is a highly visible role shaping how idealo serves its merchant and brand partners across our international markets.

About your new role

• Lead and coach Product Leads and Product Managers across idealo's merchant- and brand-facing products, including onboarding, retention, booking and configuration tools, billing, and partner-facing reporting and insights.

• Own the roadmap and delivery across your group, ensuring the individual roadmaps of your Product Leads form one coherent and well-prioritized portfolio.

• Stay hands-on in selected parts of the portfolio while supporting your team as a player-coach.

• Resolve conflicts between Product Leads competing for shared engineering capacity, stakeholder attention or product priorities.

• Partner closely with Engineering teams and Principal Engineers to align technical direction and product priorities.

• Represent your group's priorities and delivery to the VP Product, align closely with the Group Product Leads for B2C and Catalogue/Foundation, and translate company objectives into clear priorities for your teams.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

• Extensive experience in product management, including experience leading, coaching or developing Product Managers or Product Leads.

• Proven track record of driving delivery across multiple product areas or teams, ideally in B2B, partner-facing, or platform and tooling products.

• Strong skills in resolving cross-product conflicts, balancing prioritization trade-offs, and aligning stakeholders across an organization.

• Comfortable partnering closely with Engineering leadership while remaining part of the Product organization.

• You maintain a hands-on, action-oriented mindset, driving initiatives forward even in ambiguous circumstances.

Nice-to-have

• Experience working across multiple B2B product domains within a larger product organization.

• Excellent collaboration skills, particularly with fellow Product leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Fluent in German and English.

• The confidence to speak up and challenge ideas constructively, paired with openness to diverse perspectives.
