Die Airbus Helicopters Group stellt sich den Herausforderungen der Digitalisierung. Heute trägt die Direktion Information Management (IM) zu ihrer Transformation bei, die eines der wichtigsten Unternehmensziele ist. Innerhalb des IM-Bereichs „Digitale Plattformen“ gehören Sie zum multifunktionalen Team des IM „Integration & Digital Technologies“.

IM Integration & Digital Technologies trägt aktiv zur Digitalisierung unseres Geschäfts bei und betreibt eine Robotics Process Automation-Plattform (RPA), die auf der UIPath-Toolsuite basiert. Die Plattform wird zur Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen in allen Bereichen und Funktionen innerhalb des Unternehmens eingesetzt und wird mehr und mehr zu einem wichtigen Teil unserer IM-Infrastruktur.

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Festlegung der Produkt- und Dienstleistungsstrategie und Verwaltung des Produkt- und Dienstleistungslebenszyklus
• Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen Betriebs unserer Robotikplattform durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden Unterauftragnehmern
• Verwaltung und Bereitstellung von Änderungswünschen, Projektanforderungen und Anfragen für neue Funktionen auf der Grundlage funktionaler Spezifikationen innerhalb von Zeit, Budget und Qualität
• Sie sind die zentrale Anlaufstelle für die RPA-Plattform und arbeiten eng mit allen erforderlichen Akteuren zusammen.
• Leitung des IT-Produktteams zur Verwaltung des Produktlebenszyklus, sowohl bei der Entwicklung der Produkte als auch beim Betrieb, um die betrieblichen SLA zu erfüllen
• Kontrolle des zugewiesenen Budgets und der Ressourcen
• Zusammenarbeit mit unserem IM-Sicherheitsteam, um sicherzustellen, dass die Entwicklungsstandards und die entwickelten Lösungen den Sicherheitsauflagen und -bedrohungen entsprechen.

Ihre wichtigsten Schnittstellen werden sein:

• Leiter IM Integration & Digitale Technologien
• Digital Accelerator Office - Verwaltung neuer Anforderungen und des Dienstleistungsvertrags
• IM-Anbieter - RPA-Fabrik und Hosting
• IM Sicherheits- und IM Projektmanager
• Airbus RPA CoE
• Allgemeine Beschaffung

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

• Master-Abschluss (oder gleichwertiger Abschluss) in Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Bereich
• Gute allgemeine IT-Kenntnisse
• Teamplayer mit einer proaktiven „Can-do“-Einstellung und Erfahrung in der Arbeit an Projekten mit internationalen Teams und Interessengruppen
• Leidenschaft für das kreative Lösen von Problemen und die Entwicklung neuer Lösungen
• Gutes Verständnis der Geschäftsanforderungen, kundenorientiert und qualitätsbewusst
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Englisch auf Verhandlungsniveau

Die folgenden Fähigkeiten wären ein Plus:

• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit UI-Path-Produkten
• Erfahrung mit Scrum und SAFe
• Französisch
• Deutsch
• Spanisch

The Airbus Helicopters Group embraces the challenges of digitalization. Today, the Information Management (IM) directorate is contributing to its transformation, which is one of the key company objectives. Within the IM "Digital Platforms" domain, you belong to the multifunctional team of the IM “Integration & Digital Technologies”.

IM Integration & Digital Technologies actively contribute to the digitalization of our business and are operating a Robotics Process Automation platform (RPA) based on the UIPath tool suite. The platform is used to automate business processes across all domains and functions within the company and becoming more and more a critical part of our IM infrastructure.

Your location

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• To define the product and service strategy and manage the product and service life cycle
• To ensure the proper operation of our Robotics Platform, by working in close collaboration with related subcontractors
• To manage and deliver required change requests, project demands and new feature requests based on functional specifications, within time, budget and quality
• To be the focal point for the RPA platform and work in close collaboration with all necessary actors
• To lead the IT Product team in order to manage the product lifecycle, both developing the products and operating them to meet operational SLA
• To control assigned budget and resources
• To work with our IM Security team to ensure the development standards and developed solutions meet security constraints and threats.

• IM Integration & Digital Technologies Leader
• Digital Accelerator Office - managing new demands and the service contract
• IM Providers - RPA factory and hosting
• IM Security & IM Projects Managers
• Airbus RPA CoE
• General Procurement

Desired skills and qualifications

• Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field
• Strong general IT background
• Team player with a proactive "can-do" attitude and experience working on projects with international teams and stakeholders
• A passion for creatively solving problems and building new solutions
• Good understanding of business requirements, customer service oriented and focus on quality
• Good communication skills
• English at negotiation level

Following skills would be a plus:

• Proven experience with UI-Path products
• Experience with Scrum and SAFe
• French
• German
• Spanish
