Job Description

What you’ll do…

  • You’re the face of our guests’ experience and you bring your own flavour to the(ir) table.
  • warmly welcome the guests
  • Make sure that from the moment they arrive to when they leave, they’re having a great time.
  • Present menus and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing
  • flexible to work in our different F&B outlets.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
  • Serve orders in a timely and professional manner in the lobby as well as during room service.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests leave.
  • Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area, back of the house and while room service
  • Comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily.


Qualifications
