Then we’d love to meet you! /p pbYour Impact: /b /p ullipYou take end-to-end accountability for a large, distributed engineering organization that owns our ambulatory SaaS solutions and the shared framework modules used across all AIS DE products. /p /lilipYou co‑define and drive the strategic product‑technology roadmap for our cloud‑based ambulatory portfolio in close collaboration with the executive leadership team. /p /lilipYou ensure that healthcare regulatory requirements—including medical device regulations, audits, and compliance—are rigorously embedded into product development, delivery, and operations. /p /lilipYou lead senior leaders and cross‑functional teams, continuously increasing scalability, quality, AI maturity, and innovation velocity across products and platforms. /p /lilipYou represent the domain internally and externally, build strong executive‑level stakeholder relationships, and position CGM as a leading SaaS provider in the Health‑IT market. /p /li /ul pbYour Profile: /b /p ullipLong‑standing leadership experience at Director / VP / CTO level in SaaS product development, ideally with responsibility for large, distributed engineering organizations and complex product portfolios. /p /lilipExceptional academic background with a completed university degree and excellent grades, preferably in computer science, medical informatics, engineering, or a comparable technical field. /p /lilipDeep expertise in cloud architectures and SaaS platforms, including modern DevOps practices and reliability engineering; hands‑on experience with healthcare regulations (medical devices, audits, certifications) is a strong advantage. /p /lilipProven track record of driving AI adoption in engineering organizations, ideally with first‑hand familiarity of Claude Code or comparable agentic coding tools (agents, skills, and workflows) and experience shaping AI pipelines, harnesses, and context engineering at organizational scale. /p /lilipExcellent English and very good German, a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, strong execution focus, outstanding leadership and communication skills, and the ability to guide complex organizations through transformation while staying clearly aligned with our healthcare purpose. /p /li /ul pbWhat you can expect from us: /b /p ullipbMobile work /b: Work flexibly on the move two days a week and on site three days a week. /p /lilipbAttractive locations: /bIn addition to fully equipped workplaces, regular events such as summer parties and Christmas parties await you at our locations. /p /lilipbDevelopment: /bOur in-house academy and our portfolio of external cooperation partners will support you in your further development. /p /lilipbHealth: /bHealth is a valuable asset for us.
