Then we’d love to meet you! /p pbYour Impact: /b /pullipYou provide technical and disciplinary leadership for an architecture team of around 10 software and security architects, including senior subject-matter experts (databases, performance, security, cloud, and integration), and you grow, align, and deploy them where they have maximum impact. /p /lilipYou harmonize and standardize architecture processes, principles, and decision-making across multiple AIS DE product lines and ensure they are consistently applied. /p /lilipYou own and drive the architecture roadmap for cloud, security, AI-native architectures, and modern software patterns, and you guide the modernization of our system landscape end-to-end. /p /lilipYou lead large-scale refactoring and modernisation of legacy systems using AI – Claude Code, agents, skills, workflows, pipelines and harnesses – and turn code analysis, dependency untangling, code generation and migration across C++ desktop, Delphi, Uniface und legacy .NET into a repeatable, measurable practice. /p /lilipYou establish AI tooling as first-class in the architecture practice and in the products we design, coach architects and experts, set best practices and reference implementations, and build a strong architecture community based on technical excellence and proactive ownership. /p /li /ul ppbYour Profile: /b /pullipSeveral years of experience as a software or solution architect with proven leadership responsibility for architecture teams or senior architects in enterprise or SaaS environments, including leading specialists for databases, performance, security, cloud, and integration. /p /lilipCompleted university degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field with excellent academic performance. /p /lilipDeep technical expertise in modern software architecture (microservices, cloud-native, security-by-design) in large-scale, distributed systems and hands-on experience with large-scale refactoring and modernization of legacy codebases. /p /lilipProven track record of driving AI adoption in architecture and engineering, specifically using AI for legacy-system refactoring and modernization; hands-on familiarity with Claude Code or comparable agentic tools (agents, skills, workflows, pipelines, harnesses, and context engineering) is a strong plus. /p /lilipExcellent English and very good German, a clear, decisive communication style, strong technical credibility, a hands-on mindset, pronounced problem-solving strength and proactivity, and a clear alignment with our healthcare purpose and entrepreneurial spirit. /p /li /ul pbWhat you can expect from us: /b /pullipbMobile work /b: Work flexibly on the move two days a week and on site three days a week. /p /lilipbAttractive locations: /bIn addition to fully equipped workplaces, regular events such as summer parties and Christmas parties await you at our locations. /p /lilipbDevelopment: /bOur in-house academy and our portfolio of external cooperation partners will support you in your further development. /p /lilipbHealth: /bHealth is a valuable asset for us.
