(Senior) Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) - Lead to Cash (L2C)

As an (Senior) Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) - Lead to Cash (L2C) at TecAlliance, you will drive the design, optimization, and implementation of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes within TecAlliance's Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and support the company's digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives. The position can be performed on full-time or part-time basis, with a workload of minimum 32 hours per week.

You will be part of the Business Applications and Processes Team (BizApps), responsible for the continous improvement of our cloud only TecStack on (MSFT D365 Customer Insides, Sales, Finance and Operations, Commerce, Customer Service, Power Plattform, Microsoft Fabric) and Proceeses, as the Baseline for our internal Business Processes (L2C, P2P, R2R). BizApps supports the Process owners to have a efficient and state of the art Business Operations. The Team consists of Inhouse Consultants, Applications Developers and Data Engineers.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs for the overall L2C process.

• Configure D365FO setup, especially within the L2C domain and recommend solutions for identified gaps.

• Support Marketing, Sales and Customer Support teams in optimizing the sales processes and troubleshooting system issues.

• Prepare, conduct, and moderate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process designs.

• Manage security role creation, updates, and alignment with the global security framework

• Collaborate with developers and data. engineers by translating business needs into mid-level technical specifications.

• Manage D365FO setup for new legal entities and support data migration activities.

• Ensure compliance and governance through systematic process reviews, KPI tracking, and security considerations.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Finance & Operations (D365FO), and Customer Service.

• Strong knowledge of Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes and business process optimization.

• Experience in requirements engineering, process documentation, and solution design.

• Experience supporting international rollouts and data migration projects.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.

• Willingness to travel 20%

• Fluent in English and German.
