Founded by Dana (CEO) and Erik (CTO) from RWTH research, backed by a €2.8M round led by Vorwerk Ventures, with customers live on our optimization models.

Your mission

You sell, and you build everything that gets you into the room. This is not a role where leads magically arrive in your inbox. You are our first full sales hire next to the founders, shoulder to shoulder with Dana on the full cycle, you love to sell while being very structured. Substance is how we sell.

What you'll own

• New logo acquisition end to end: outbound, discovery, PoV co-creation with the Champion, executive sign-off, close. Primarily mid-market, with Dana on strategic accounts.
• Pipeline and the channels that produce it: target account selection, cold messaging, sequences, LinkedIn, the events worth showing up to. Multi-threading into COO, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain and the Head of Controlling office. You find your way.
• You do not hand off after discovery. You stay the customer's counterpart while Delivery builds the model with you and produce customer value, and you carry it to a paid onboarding pilot and convert it into an enterprise contract.
• The material your accounts need: the case study, the landing page nobody has written yet. You do not wait for marketing that does not exist as a department yet. You do the extra step that drives the trust forward.
• The playbook and the losses: what converts a pilot to long term enterprise customers, what makes a Champion sell internally, what kills deals early, written down, with a precise reason behind every loss that goes back into the product and the positioning.

Your number: qualified pipeline per quarter and new logos closed. Not activity, not calls logged. Our cycles run several month and you track your lead measures on the way to get there successfully.

How work is: We will not sugarcoat it, short deadlines, big workload, and a market that has not heard of us yet in any detail. We would rather have overlap than handovers. At our size every coordination meeting is a customer conversation that did not happen. Where two of us could run the same account, we split it by fit or by workload and move on.

Requirements

• 5+ years in top-tier consulting, B2B enterprise software sales, or technical sales of complex industrial products, with a technical or analytical foundation, engineering, Operations Research, computer science or similar. What matters most: you have owned outcomes end to end, customers, deadlines and numbers, not workstreams.
• You know how to qualify a B2B enterprise account: who decides, who blocks, what the trigger is, and when to walk away.
• You can read a P&L, talk OEE with a plant manager, and translate both into an optimization problem and then into a deal. We sell to engineers and controllers at eye level and run calls as if we were already solving their problem together from minute one.
• You open the doors yourself. We are young enough that everything takes one extra step: cold hard work, and the best case studies are the ones you write yourself. That step is the job.
• German C1 or higher, fluent in English.
• NRW-based (Cologne office), optionally Munich, Stuttgart, Berlin area or else willing to work hybrid. Open to find a way if we fit.

You are VERY structured and hyper biased for action, and you have shown you play to win wherever life has put you so far.

This role is not for you if you need a brand that opens doors, a finished playbook, an SDR team, or more than three days before your first customer conversation.

Process: Intro call with Dana, second call with one from the team, a 60 to 90-minute exercise on three accounts from our ICP, a live discovery simulation, then team conversations online and in person. Before you decide, ask us to put you on a call with someone who will tell you the good, the bad and the ugly.
