Location: Germany

Manufacturing companies are under pressure to move fast on AI and most don't know where to start. Your job at Merantix Momentum is to be the trusted bridge: understanding where a client's real operational pain is, and working with our technical team to design solutions that actually deliver. You'll manage relationships across Mittelstand and enterprise clients, from first conversation to delivery handover and beyond. We already have reference engagements in the sector – you build on that foundation and take it further. As the first dedicated hire in our manufacturing vertical, you will drive new client acquisitions, consult with prospective buyers to design bespoke machine learning solutions, and own commercial proposals and long-term account growth.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in sales, account management, consulting, or business development, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or enterprise technology environments. Proven track record of closing complex, consultative deals in B2B environments. Strong understanding of industrial organizations, operational processes, and transformation challenges. Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and German. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality.
