Most growth roles at this level are execution seats: run the campaigns someone else planned report the numbers wait for direction. This one isnt that. Youll own performance channels and CRO end-to-end what we spend where and why and use AI to do the work of a much bigger team.

doinstruct builds software that helps organizations train and enable their frontline teams the people in factories logistics hubs construction sites and manufacturing plants who are hardest to reach with conventional L&D. Were Series A funded growing fast in Germany and expanding into the US.

The performance foundation exists but GTM Engineering the team that will eventually run automation and AI agents across growth is still being built. You wont just use whatever tooling shows up later; youll help shape what it needs to do.

What youll own

• Own performance channels (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Meta) end to end: strategy budget and the number they produce working closely with an agency to execute at scale.

• Run experiments continuously across landing pages funnels and forms always testing something and documenting it in a way GTM Engineering can build on later.

• Work daily in AI tools Claude Clay Cursor or Lovable n8n or Make to move faster than a traditional performance team. GTM Engineering owns the infrastructure; youre the fluent user who tells them whats worth building next.

• Turn spend and conversion data into a clear read on whats working and change course fast when it isnt.

• Bring a performance lens to our US expansion and grow your scope as the channels you run prove themselves out.

Who you are

• 4-6 years in performance marketing/growth in B2B SaaS with real ownership of a budget and a number you were measured against.

• Hands-on in Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and Meta youve built the campaigns yourself not just briefed someone else to.

• A real CRO track record: you run experiments constantly and can talk through what you changed what moved and what you learned even when a test didnt go your way.

• Comfortable in HubSpot GA4 and Google Tag Manager you can set up and troubleshoot your own conversion tracking.

• Already using AI tools daily Claude Clay Cursor or Lovable n8n or Make because its genuinely how you get more done not an experiment on the side. GTM Engineering owns the infrastructure; you just need to be a sharp user of it.

• Fluent in German this is a must not a nice-to-have.

Whats different here

You wont be handed a media plan and a set of guardrails. Youll be handed a budget a target and the room to figure out the fastest path there. That includes working closely with an agency you know these channels well enough to run them yourself which is what makes that relationship work and helping define what AI and automation should take over as GTM Engineering builds it rather than waiting for a finished system.

What success looks like

3 months Youve taken over your channels you understand whats been tried in CRO and why and youve shipped your first tests. You can tell us whats working and what isnt with numbers behind both.

6 months Youve got a repeatable testing rhythm running at least one channel or conversion point looks meaningfully better than when you started and AI tooling is visibly part of how you work rather than a side experiment.

12 months You own a bigger piece of the growth budget than you started with because youve earned it. Theres a clear repeatable system for performance and CRO at doinstruct and its one you built.
