Purpose: A comprehensive network of content partners, efficiently managed and satisfied with 3SS partnership.
Set 3Ready as a premium, intuitive entertainment platform that maximizes content engagement while ensuring strong OEM relationships and high-quality UX across all car projects.

Description:

Build, scale, and strategically manage a high-quality ecosystem of global content partners that strengthens 3SS’s automotive offering and directly supports OEM use cases, platform adoption, and long-term business growth.

The role sits at the intersection of content strategy, OEM needs, and commercial execution, ensuring that content partnerships are not only operationally sound, but also relevant, differentiated, and aligned with automotive-specific use cases. The Senior Content Partnerships Manager actively shapes how content is positioned, packaged, and deployed across 3SS platforms.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Content Partnerships in shaping and executing the automotive content partnership strategy.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new content providers that strengthen 3SS’s automotive value proposition and content bundles.
  • Own and drive content partnership discussions end-to-end, including positioning, negotiation, alignment on scope, and long-term collaboration models.
  • Handle legal and commercial aspects of content partnerships, including term sheets, contracts, compliance, and coordination with legal stakeholders
  • Develop compelling automotive-specific use cases that connect content provider offerings with OEM needs and in-vehicle experiences.
  • Create and present tailored pitch decks, case studies, and narratives for content providers, OEMs, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key global content providers, acting as a trusted point of contact and strategic counterpart.
  • Secure strategic commitments from relevant content partners to support content bundles, pilots, and OEM projects.
  • Coordinate content partner activations and initiatives in line with broader platform and business strategy.
  • Independently drive initiatives and projects, ensuring clear ownership, timely execution, and measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach where needed, including document creation, partner outreach, internal alignment, and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in content partnerships, platform partnerships or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with content providers.
  • Strong network with major global content providers.
  • Experience in strategic planning, combined with hands-on and execution.
  • Proficiency in creating persuasive materials (pitch decks, case studies, ROI analyses)
  • Autonomous and results-driven with strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging both content partners and internal senior stakeholders.
  • Structured, proactive, and comfortable operating in an environment with evolving requirements and long sales cycles.
