Global Logistics Network Lead (m/f/d)

As our Global Logistics Network Lead, you will increase supply chain efficiency and resilience by optimising our global warehousing and freight network while advancing automation and digitalisation across logistics operations. By reducing costs and CO₂ emissions and enhancing customer and supplier service levels, you will help shape a smarter and more sustainable global supply chain.

Your mission

• Develop and drive Grolman’s global logistics network strategy and roadmap across warehousing and freight
• Analyse global goods flows and optimise warehousing and freight concepts
• Build and develop strategic partnerships with warehouse providers and freight forwarders
• Drive digitalisation, automation, transparency and benchmarking across logistics operations and partners
• Develop KPIs and performance management systems to improve logistics cost efficiency and customer & supplier service levels
• Lead international logistics optimisation and transformation projects
• Develop sustainable logistics concepts, including CO₂ reporting and green logistics offerings

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in logistics network design, warehousing and freight optimisation within an international environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain optimisation and logistics digitalisation
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional and international teams
• Customer-focused, entrepreneurial, hands-on and self-driven with a collaborative mindset
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting business relationships
• Passion for sustainable logistics and balancing customer service, cost efficiency and CO₂ reduction
• Experience in chemical or B2B distribution is an advantage
• Very good English skills and confident use of Microsoft 365, Excel and Power BI

Salary information in line with EU Pay Transparency requirements:

Austria: Gross annual base salary of €68,000–€80,000, with readiness to pay above the applicable collective-agreement minimum
Italy: Gross annual base salary of €55,000–€68,000.
Other eligible EU countries: The applicable salary range will be shared before the first interview.
