ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Sales Representative manages all HD+ sales activities in the assigned area with about 100 directly supervised retailer and 250 not directly supervised retailer, being responsible for all HD+ hardware revenues (HD+ Modules; HD+ IP TV-Sticks and HD+ Cards) and for the growth of technical reach in the respective area (HD+ Modules/HD+ STBs/TVs with HD+ integrated).

In this position you will ensure the availability of HD+ products everywhere at any time, highly visible at the point of sale, while planning, budgeting and implementing regional sales activities with the assigned customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS

• Secure planned hardware sales (HD+ modules, IP TV-Sticks and cards), promote sales of TV sets with integrated HD+, identify new sales opportunities, and execute initiatives to achieve revenue targets
• Ensure product availability and strong visibility across retail channels, while developing and implementing concepts to enhance both POS and online presentation of HD+ products
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and dealers, optimize information flow, conduct annual business reviews/appraisals, and provide ongoing support to maximize performance
• Initiate and coordinate sales promotions, marketing campaigns, trade marketing activities, and represent the brand at trade fairs and industry events
• Train retail and trade partners on HD+ products, services, and value propositions to increase engagement and sales effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Completed commercial/technical training or equivalent studies
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, a strong understanding of the German dealer landscape and an extensive network of contacts within the German dealership community
• Familiar with MS Office programs
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
• Willingness to travel
• Driving license for car is a requirement
