As a Content Creator (m/f/x), you will be part of the Global team, ensuring that the AVANTGARDE GROUP is visible, authentic, and approachable on social media. You won't just publish content; you will act as a guardian of our aesthetic and emotional compass, understanding the subtle difference between what merely looks good and what truly feels right.
Your focus will be on elevated creative execution: you will write, photograph, film, interview, edit, post, and interact with our community, actively developing it further. You will find new ways to creatively, meaningfully, and inspiringly package our internal values, news, updates, and world-class client work.

Deine Aufgaben

• Creative Content Creation with Taste: Independent creation of high-impact social media content (posts, reels, stories, short videos, etc.) that reflects our 40-year legacy of elevated taste and design. Operational execution of campaigns and content series, audience-oriented, platform-specific, and leveraging modern AI tools without sacrificing human craft and nuance.
• Cultural & Trend Curation: Tapping into shifts across fashion, art, technology, and culture to keep our brand presence ahead of the curve.
• Channel Management & Community Management: Expansion, maintenance, and strategic development of our own communication channels (website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others), including active, thoughtful community management and performance tracking.
• Storytelling & Delivery Credibility: Creative presentation of agency life, behind-the-scenes craft, and our most complex, spectacular case studies. You will show the world not just what we imagine, but how we impeccably deliver ambitious brand visions into real-world realities.
• Corporate Influencing: Independent, charismatic on-camera appearances that feel authentic, approachable, and refined. You will serve as the external face, voice, and tastemaker of our agency.
• Interface Management & Ownership: Working interdisciplinarily to take full ownership of your projects. You will coordinate closely with our international hubs (London, Zurich, Amsterdam, Dubai, Shanghai) as well as internal teams from creation, events, and PR to translate global success stories into compelling content.

Dein Profil

• Education & Foundation: Completed university degree in communication sciences, media, marketing, digital communication, journalism, or a comparable field of study.
• Social Media Expertise & Trend Instinct: Confident handling of all relevant social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), experience in community management, and an innate radar for emerging digital and cultural trends.
• Refined Aesthetic Sense (Taste): A deeply ingrained sense of visual and emotional style. You intuitively know what resonates emotionally and culturally, ensuring every piece of content feels sophisticated and aligned with high-end brand standards.
• Conceptual Strength: The ability to independently conceptualize short social media formats from the initial idea to execution (hooks, dramaturgy, storyboards) with strong narrative flair.
• Tools of the Trade & Craft: Confident use of cameras, editing software, and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, Edits, or similar tools) as well as the smartphone as your primary production device (video, audio, lighting).
• Practical Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in social media and communications.
• Language & Text Talent: High confidence in writing, a strong sense of tone, and very good English skills for seamless collaboration across our global network.
• Personality: A sense of creativity, humor, high aesthetic sensitivity, and a passion for experimentation. You enjoy being both in front of and behind the camera, conveying complex agency concepts in a lively, gripping, and polished way.
• Working Style: An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach that embodies delivery credibility—bringing ideas to life with craft, confidence, and control even in fast-paced agency environments.
