Senior Project Manager - Identity Solutions (PMP or PRINCE2) (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Lead international Identity Management implementation projects from initiation to final acceptance
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget and quality
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders
• Act as the main contact for customers and government organizations
• Lead project governance, reporting and Steering Committee meetings
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Manage customer expectations and contractual commitments
• Ensure successful project delivery according to PMI PMBOK standards

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• Alternatively, PRINCE2-certified
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing international IT projects
• Experience with Identity Management, Cybersecurity or secure government solutions
• Knowledge of PMI PMBOK, Agile and Hybrid Project Delivery
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Primavera
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Cloud Infrastructure, PKI and Enterprise Integration
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
• Customer-focused and well organized
• Ability to thrive in international environments & willingness to travel
• Excellent English skills
