**What You’ll Do:**

As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in guiding agencies and advertisers through the complexities of programmatic advertising, ensuring optimal campaign performance and fostering long-term partnerships. Your work will directly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of advertising strategies for diverse clients.

* **Drive Activation Excellence & Campaign Management:**
* Support the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial setup and quality assurance to optimization, troubleshooting, and month-end reconciliation.
* Proactively identify strategic and tactical optimization opportunities to boost campaign performance and drive increased average campaign size.
* Ensure adherence to best practices, developing mechanisms to maintain consistency and quality across all activations.
* Execute and monitor testing plans for campaigns, applying learnings to achieve improved outcomes.
* **Foster Growth Through Insights & Optimization:**
* Collaborate with agency and client trading desks to provide actionable insights and recommendations that enhance campaign effectiveness and align with client goals.
* **Champion Efficiency Through Process & Innovation:**
* Contribute to the creation, iteration, and adoption of activation processes and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify automation opportunities that improve service delivery.
* Act as an agency champion for the capabilities of our advanced advertising platform, ensuring seamless alignment with agency processes and client outcomes.

**What You’ll Bring:**

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape and a passion for client success.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* **Experience:** 4+ years in agency or trading desk programmatic activation, campaign management, or trading desk collaboration.
* **Technical Expertise:** Advanced knowledge of Demand-Side Platform (DSP) platforms and associated programmatic tools. Expertise across multiple areas of programmatic advertising technologies including RTB, bid shading, machine learning optimization, ad verification, ad tracking, ad attribution, bidding engines, second-price vs. first-price auctions, pixel and tag managers, cookies, viewability, and more. Experience with our advanced advertising platform is a significant advantage.

* **Training & Mentorship:** Proven ability to share knowledge and expertise to train agency traders effectively.
