Yogurt Kitchen is transforming the way premium yogurt is served in premium hotels, event venues and corporate catering.The company's ambition is clear: to become the reference for yogurt concepts by serving more than 3,000 professional customers across Europe within the next 3 years.Germany is the next key step in this ambitious growth journey.Your responsibilitiesYour mission is to establish, accelerate, and build Yogurt Kitchen's commercial development across Germany.This is primarily a Business Development position, with approximately 80/90% of your time dedicated to acquiring new customers and developing a strong sales pipeline while maintaining your customer portfolio.Your objective is to position Yogurt Kitchen as the preferred partner for premium hospitality and foodservice operators throughout Germany.Your ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentDevelop and execute the commercial strategy for the German market.Build qualified prospect lists across hospitality and foodservice.Leverage your existing network and develop new relationships with decision-makers.Proactively approach prospects through networking, direct outreach and customer visits.Organise product presentations and tasting sessions.Negotiate long-term commercial agreements.Close new business and consistently exceed sales objectives.Customer DevelopmentEnsure a smooth onboarding of new customers.Build trusted relationships with owners, general managers, F&B managers and purchasing teams.Deliver an outstanding customer experience to your clients.Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships.Market DevelopmentAct as Yogurt Kitchen's ambassador in Germany.Monitor market developments, customer needs and competitive activities.Gather customer insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of products, services and commercial processes.Work closely with the leadership team to support the company's international growth strategy.Your profileWe are looking for a highly motivated Business Development professional who combines commercial drive with an entrepreneurial mindset.You enjoy starting from scratch, building relationships and creating long-term value.You bring:Bachelor's or Master's degree.Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales or business development experience.Experience within hospitality, foodservice, premium FMCG or related industries.A proven track record in acquiring and developing new business.An established network within the German hospitality and/or foodservice industry is essential.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.A proactive, hands-on and results-oriented approach.Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently.Native or perfectly fluent German and professional English.
