Where we are right now: we already generate ad videos, gameplay clips, blog articles, and static ads automatically out of all our videos, comics, and games. What we need is more creative input: new trending formats and marketing messages that AI can't just automate its way into.
The skill that matters most here is knowing exactly what AI can and can't do to produce at mass. You use it to turn out ad assets in volume, and you know its frontier: where AI can't yet make a high-quality ad format, you step in and take on the manual steps it takes to get there.
