Most businesses struggle with reports that do not match up or data that stays stuck in the wrong system. We spend our time finding these friction points and cleaning them up so teams can actually trust the numbers they see.
The role
As a Reporting Analyst Intern, you will help us organize and audit the data flow for our partner, a Berlin-based software company. This role is fully remote and focuses on making sure the daily operational reports are accurate and reflect what is actually happening in the business tools. You will assist the senior team in identifying why specific data points are missing or why a report failed to update.

Tech Pipeline operates on the idea that if a process is fixed and stable, our work is done. We do not stay around to attend status meetings that could have been a short written update. Instead, we rely on clear documentation and concise messages to keep everyone informed. We value people who can look at a broken spreadsheet, figure out why it is failing, and fix it without needing a workshop to discuss it. Once the reporting for our Berlin-based partner is automated and reliable, we move on to the next challenge. This philosophy keeps our work focused and our days productive.
