Join an International Customer Support Team in Athens, Greece! Are you fluent in Danish and English? Looking for an exciting opportunity to build your international career while living in Greece? Location: Athens, Greece / Remote Important Note: This role is only remote in Greece, working from another country is not an option. Relocation is supported by the company. About the Role As a Danish-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will support business customers using one of the world's leading online video platforms. You'll assist content creators and monetized partners with account management, technical troubleshooting, monetization inquiries, and platform-related questions while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide professional customer support Handle customer inquiries via phone and chat, providing comprehensive support. Accurately document customer interactions. Continuously learn new tools, products, and processes. What We're Looking For Native or near-native Danish (C1 preferred). Fluent English (C1). Excellent written communication skills. Strong computer literacy and internet navigation skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Salary & Benefits Gross Monthly Salary: €1,300 x14 month Performance Bonus based on target achievement. Paid onboarding and comprehensive training. Relocation Package A comprehensive relocation support to help you settle in Greece: 4 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival. Flight ticket provided. Airport pick-up upon arrival. Real estate agency fee coverage to help you find long-term accommodation. Working Schedule Full-time position. 5 days in a week, 8 hours/day with rotating shifts based on the projects. Training & Career Development Comprehensive onboarding program with a dedicated nesting period. Ongoing training sessions and regular coaching.
