Join an International Customer Support Team in Athens, Greece! Are you fluent in German and English? Looking for an exciting opportunity to build your international career while living in Greece? Location: Greece About the Role As a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-quality customer support in German, helping customers resolve their inquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll work in a collaborative international environment where communication, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction are key priorities. Key Responsibilities Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels. Respond to customer inquiries accurately and efficiently. Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Escalate complex cases when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Meet quality and performance targets. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience. What We're Looking For Native or near-native German (at least C1 preferred). Fluent English Excellent written communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required. Salary & Benefits Gross Monthly Salary: €1,500 x14 month Performance Bonus of up to 20% of the gross monthly salary, based on target achievement. Paid onboarding and comprehensive training. Relocation Package A comprehensive relocation support to help you settle in Greece: 4 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival. Flight ticket provided. Airport pick-up upon arrival. Real estate agency fee coverage to help you find long-term accommodation. Working Schedule Full-time position. Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend shifts based on business needs. Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00 . Training & Career Development Comprehensive onboarding program with a dedicated nesting period. Ongoing training sessions and regular coaching.
