Job Title: AI Data Engineer

Location: Berlin, Germany

We are expanding our team of AI Data Engineers to bridge this exact gap, ensuring our data pipelines and machine learning workflows translate into genuine, lasting organizational change.

What you'll do

You will own the technical architecture of our data pipelines and the change management frameworks that ensure their successful adoption across client organizations.

Who this is a fit for

  • Data Engineering Expert: Proven track record with SQL, Python, and Spark across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Process Mining Practitioner: Deep, concrete experience mapping, analyzing, and optimizing complex workflows.
  • Change Management Strategist: Skilled in guiding stakeholders through major technical and organizational transitions.
  • Autonomous Operator: High self-drive, comfortable delivering exceptional results with minimal supervision.
  • Germany-Based Professional: Living in Germany and eager to connect in person periodically.
