WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT We in Agricultural Solutions are preparing to be an independent, pure-play agricultural company within BASF group. To be ready for independence, we are looking for you to join us in our new Corporate roles (see here: build your career on our Standalone Transformation ). In your new position, you continuously define, implement, and further develop global standards, governance principles, and roles and responsibilities for tax-related reporting. You systematically embed compliance requirements from the areas of tax, legal, financial reporting, and data quality into processes and systems. In addition, you evaluate and manage reporting-related requirements and solution designs to ensure compliance with defined guidelines. As the central point of contact, you make decisions on reporting-related issues and manage escalations concerning responsibilities, controls, data quality, and process design. You ensure transparent management of reporting through clear responsibilities and defined documentation and control standards. Working closely with relevant stakeholders, you drive continuous improvement and the sustainable implementation of global governance requirements. WHAT YOU OFFER university degree in economics, finance or business administration relevant professional experience in tax technology as well as the digitization and automation of tax processes several years of experience in project and/or change management, preferably in an international environment in-depth knowledge of taxation, finance reporting compliance (FRC) and international tax law experience in designing, implementing and documenting processes, as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work very good English skills, strong communication skills, and a passion for collaborating with global teams and various stakeholders worldwide WHAT WE OFFER A dynamic work environment that empowers you to contribute your ideas, take ownership, and assume responsibility.
