YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Establishing and further developing an integrated production data landscape to ensure real-time availability of operational metrics Integration of production facilities, OT systems, IT applications, and ERP systems Development and implementation of dashboards, KPI cockpits, and visualization solutions for the shop floor, production, and management Digitization of production processes and information flows, as well as the replacement of paper-based workflows Introduction and further development of data-driven control and reporting processes Identification of optimization potential through analysis of production, quality, and equipment data Close collaboration with production, lean management, logistics, planning, and IT to improve operational performance Management and implementation of digitization projects in the production environment Building data literacy and supporting business units in the use of digital solutions while ensuring data security and system availability in the production environment.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in an industrial setting, ideally at the intersection of production, OT, and IT Experience integrating production facilities and digital systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, ERP, MDE, or IoT solutions) Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI, Grafana, or Tableau Understanding of production processes and an interest in Industry 4.0 and smart factory concepts Strong analytical skills and a structured, pragmatic approach to work Strong communication skills and the ability to bring different departments together Excellent command of German and English WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
