Together with the customer, you design intelligent finance and controlling processes in which modern, market-leading digitalization technologies can fully unfold their potential. Based on agile and hybrid methodologies, you configure enterprise software systems that are precisely tailored to the requirements in the finance area. You are responsible for the turnkey implementation and for supporting our customers through the transformation, from analysis to go-live.
A wide range of tasks await you:

• Consulting our international customers in the upper mid-market in the area of Finance, Accounting, and Controlling
• Analyzing and optimizing finance processes with a focus on Oracle solutions
• Implementing and configuring Oracle Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management)
• As an ERP Financials & Controlling Consultant, you bring solid expertise in finance and controlling processes (e.g., Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) and combine this with your system expertise to design efficient, integrated end-to-end processes
• Planning, designing, and conducting training sessions and workshops for users in the finance area
• Designing and contributing to the implementation of reporting, planning, and consolidation solutions
• Designing and contributing to data migration
• Designing and contributing to the development of interfaces within existing IT system architectures
• Occasional travel to customer sites

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, controlling, or process consulting, ideally in an international environment
• Initial experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Applications or comparable solutions
• Good knowledge of finance processes and business management fundamentals
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment in solving complex business problems
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
