Project Management Associate

The Role
As a Project Management Associate, your primary focus will be keeping our engagement with the Munich-based industrial client moving forward. This is a fully remote position where you will spend your time organizing the weekly rhythm of the project. You will help translate client needs into clear tasks for our developers, ensure that our weekly demos show real progress, and manage the documentation that we hand over at the end of every project. This role is not about managing people, but about managing the flow of information. You will make sure that every piece of the project, from the initial database schema to the final user interface, is documented and understood by both the client and our team. This includes writing clear guides and helping record the walkthrough videos we provide to clients so they know exactly how their new system works.

What we need from you
We are looking for someone who is organized and enjoys bringing order to complex situations. You do not need to be a senior project manager to succeed here, as this is an entry level role designed for someone starting their career. You should be able to write clearly and explain technical concepts in plain English. Since we work directly with clients, being professional and reliable in your communication is essential. You should be comfortable asking questions when things are unclear and have a basic understanding of how software is built and delivered. Being able to track multiple tasks without letting things fall through the cracks is the most important skill you can bring to this role. We value people who are dependable and prefer direct communication over corporate jargon.

Helpful background
It is helpful if you have some familiarity with the tools we use to manage our work, such as GitHub for tracking tasks or basic documentation tools. An interest in how APIs and databases function will help you communicate better with our engineering team, though you do not need to be a developer yourself. If you have experience with spreadsheets, basic data organization, or have worked on a small team before, you will find those skills very useful here. Familiarity with project tracking software or even just a strong personal system for staying organized is a big plus. This position is a paid role, and the compensation is competitive for the entry-level market.
