Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Automotive Aftermarket

You will be part of a Marketing team of 11 colleagues, each bringing their own area of expertise. While everyone has individual responsibilities, we collaborate closely across functions, driving marketing initiatives together and partnering closely with our Sales and Product teams. As our Marketing team is distributed across Europe, you will work in an international environment, with the Product team primarily based in Germany.

As a Product Marketing Manager you will drive the market success of our TecRMI portfolio by translating product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions and go-to-market strategies. Working closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, distributors, and workshop networks, you will strengthen market positioning, enable commercial success, and support sustainable business growth across multiple countries and regions.

This is a full-time position with a workload of 40 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Messaging

Define and continuously refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to clearly communicate customer value and differentiate TecRMI solutions in the market.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and releases, ensuring successful launches and strong market adoption.

Marketing Campaign Management

Plan, implement and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to increase awareness and engagement.

Sales Enablement & Commercial Support

Create sales enablement materials, presentations, brochures, videos, landing pages, and other assets in collaboration with the design team, empowering sales teams and partners to effectively communicate product benefits.

Customer & Market Insights

Conduct market research, gather customer insights, analyse competitive developments, and identify business opportunities to support product strategy and growth.

Customer Engagement & Success Stories

Develop customer success stories, reference materials, and thought leadership content to strengthen customer engagement and support business growth.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Management or a related discipline.

• Several years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Communications or similar B2B marketing roles.

• Proven experience in product launches, go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and the development of compelling product positioning and messaging.

• Analytical mindset with knowledge of market research and performance measurement.

• Experience in the automotive aftermarket or a technical B2B environment is an advantage.

• Native German and fluent English.
