Your role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless order processing, excellent customer service, and efficient coordination between departments.
Key responsibilities
· Process and manage customer orders in SAP.
· Prepare and follow up on quotations.
· Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, deliveries, and order status.
· Maintain daily communication with dealers and distribution partners.
· Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
· Monitor delivery schedules and proactively inform customers of updates.
· Handle complaints and support customers in finding effective solutions.
· Provide administrative support to the sales organization.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced customer experience.
What we are looking for
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
· Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management, or a similar role.
· Experience working with SAP or another ERP system.
· Strong organizational and administrative skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Fluent German and good English skills.
· A proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
· Residence within commuting distance of Frankfurt am Main.
