Head of Marketing & Growth (m/f/d)

Marketing at WSCAD is about much more than running campaigns.
We are at a defining moment in our company's history. After introducing the world's first AI-powered Electrical CAD system, we are now launching ELECTRIX OS, an entirely new software category we call Engineering Intelligence. Our ambition is not simply to market another software product. We want to define and own a new category that will shape the future of engineering.
To achieve this, we are looking for a marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Someone who understands technology, can translate complex innovations into compelling business value, and knows how to turn thought leadership into measurable business growth.
You will lead our international marketing team of six people and work closely with Sales, Product Management, Business Development. You report directly to the CEO.

What awaits you – Your responsibilities:

Build a New Category

• Define and continuously refine WSCAD's market positioning.
• Establish Engineering Intelligenceas a recognized category within the engineering software industry.
• Develop compelling messaging for customers, partners, analysts and industry media.
• Translate complex technical innovations into clear business value.

Thought Leadership

• Work closely with the CEO to develop industry-leading content.
• Transform research studies, keynote presentations, podcasts, customer success stories and product innovations into continuous marketing campaigns.
• Position WSCAD as one of the global thought leaders in AI-driven engineering.

Demand Generation & Growth

• Own the complete marketing funnel, from awareness to qualified pipeline.
• Develop and execute campaigns that generate high-quality business opportunities.
• Continuously optimize marketing performance based on measurable business outcomes rather than activity metrics.
• Ensure that every major piece of content is leveraged across multiple channels to maximize commercial impact.

Marketing Execution

• Move fast, turn ideas into execution quickly.
• Lead by example with a hands-on mentality.
• Prioritize speed, relevance and business impact over bureaucracy and perfection.

Leadership

• Lead, coach and inspire an international marketing team.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Foster close collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Business Development.

What we expect – Your qualifications:

We are not looking for a traditional marketing manager. We are looking for someone who can build markets, shape opinions and generate growth.

Experience

• Several years of successful B2B software marketing experience.
• Ideally experience in Engineering Software, CAD, PLM, Industrial Automation, AI software or another highly technical software environment.
• Demonstrated success in positioning innovative products or creating new market categories.
• Strong understanding of complex technology and enterprise software.
• Outstanding storytelling and communication skills.
