Job Title: Head of Marketing

While our outbound engine has successfully fueled our initial growth, we lack the inbound system needed to scale sustainably. As our first senior marketing leader, you will design, build, and scale this vital engine, directly influencing our trajectory as we expand from the DACH region into international markets.

What you'll do

You will own the marketing pipeline end-to-end, defining our brand voice, building our digital presence, and delivering high-quality leads to our hungry sales team.

• Build our inbound demand generation engine and lead-capture systems from the ground up.
• Optimize our entire marketing funnel, tracking and improving CAC, CPL, MQL, and SQL conversion metrics.
• Design and execute a high-performing content, SEO, AI-search, and paid acquisition strategy.
• Implement our marketing automation tech stack utilizing HubSpot, Claude, and Make to streamline operations.
• Launch product marketing initiatives that position our highly technical cybersecurity and AI-focused solutions.
• Grow and lead the marketing function, hiring and developing a high-performing team as the company expands.

Who this is a fit for

• Experienced in B2B SaaS: 5+ years of demand generation or GTM experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup.
• Inbound Engine Builder: Proven track record of building inbound funnels from scratch, not just optimizing existing ones.
• Hands-on executioner: Prefer shipping a rough v1 this week over waiting for a perfect v2 next quarter.
• Highly Analytical: Make decisions based on hard funnel data, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
• AI-Native Operator: Instinctively automate repetitive workflows using tools like Claude, Make, and HubSpot.
• Bilingual Communicator: Professional-level fluency (C1+) in both German and English is required for cross-team collaboration.
