The Role
As a Junior AI Support Specialist, you will spend your time helping users navigate the AI integrations we build. For our Berlin partner, this means monitoring how the automated systems are responding to queries and stepping in when something does not look right. You will be documenting common issues, explaining how to use new features to non-technical staff, and helping our development team identify where the logic might be failing. Since we are a fully remote company, you will coordinate with the team through written updates and weekly video calls.
