Our international Sales team, based in Munich / distributed across the globe, is seeking a motivated Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) to take ownership of key sales markets and help grow our global footprint. Ready to embrace your Vice?

Your Fairway

• Act as the dedicated operational and commercial service partner for assigned international markets, proactively supporting distributors, sales agents, retail partners, and the responsible Sales Manager throughout the entire order-to-delivery process and daily sales operations
• Work in close alignment with the assigned Sales Manager to continuously develop and grow the respective markets through strong communication, proactive support, and excellent operational execution
• Deliver best-in-class operational support by managing partner onboarding, customer master data maintenance (ERP/CRM), order management, inventory coordination with Supply Chain, returns & claims handling, and cross-functional alignment across internal teams
• Manage and support Ex Factory Orders in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Purchasing to ensure smooth order execution, shipment readiness, and reliable delivery processes
• Serve as the central operational gatekeeper for assigned markets, proactively resolving partner-facing issues while ensuring smooth communication, reliable execution, and high service quality across all commercial and operational topics
• Drive the continuous optimization of international sales processes, reporting structures, automations, and operational workflows to improve scalability, efficiency, and service quality across global markets
• Prepare sales analyses, forecasting, business reviews, market insights to support international sales development and commercial decision-making
• Develop trainings, process guidelines, and best-practice documentation while enabling distributors and sales partners to independently manage operational tasks via Shopify B2B tools
• Act as a structured, technical, and solution-oriented driver for operational excellence by leveraging systems, software, automations, AI tools, and process improvements to continuously optimize the international sales organization

Your Scorecard

• Completed commercial vocational training or a relevant university degree in Business, Management, Sales, or a related field
• 2–4 years of professional experience in sales operations, project management, commercial operations, or a comparable international service-oriented role
• A solid understanding of international supply chain dynamics, Incoterms, and global customs procedures to ensure smooth cross-border shipments.
• Strong service mindset with the ambition to deliver best-in-class operational and commercial support for distributors, sales agents, and international sales markets
• Highly structured, proactive, and solution-oriented personality with the ability to identify challenges, question existing processes, and continuously drive operational improvements
• Strong technical and systems affinity with a genuine interest in software, automations, AI tools, and scalable process optimization
• Experience collaborating closely with IT and cross-functional teams to implement smarter, more efficient, and automated operational solutions
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, forecasting, sales analyses, and operational performance tracking
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across international markets, partners, and internal teams
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Shopify, CRM, ERP, BI, or automation tools is a plus
• Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-growing, and international business environments with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Team player with a hands-on mentality, resilience, curiosity, and a continuous-improvement mindset
