• Administrative support for the occupational safety department in daytoday business
• Preparation of training documents presentations statistics newsletters notices and reports
• Processing procedural work and operating instructions
• Preparation and followup of discussions meetings and appointments
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Organizing internal and external training courses
• Carrying out order processing
• Time representative
• Organization of occupational health checkups and administration of individual personal protective equipment
