As (Senior) CRM Automation & Lifecycle Manager (all genders), you own the customer relationship across the entire lifecycle – from first inspiration to rebooking. You don’t think in one-off campaigns, but in intelligent journeys: who should be contacted, when, through which channel, with which message, and based on which data signals?

You connect strategy, data, technology, and content into one coherent system and make sure our CRM activities create measurable impact on journey performance, retention, rebooking, and Customer Lifetime Value.

Your Tasks

• Design and implement automated customer journeys end-to-end, from strategy to go-live in our CDP, including trigger logic, channel orchestration, and A/B testing
• Define contact strategies and frequency logic across the customer lifecycle for email, push, and WhatsApp
• Translate RFM, CLV, and churn scores into concrete segmentation, prioritization, and reactivation actions
• Own and optimize journey-level performance based on KPIs such as open and click rates, unsubscribes, communication volume, conversion rates and revenue
• Own lifecycle and retention KPIs such as rebooking, churn, engagement, and Customer Lifetime Value, and derive clear optimization measures
• Translate requirements and business goals from our Business Units into concrete CRM measures, align dependencies across teams, and clearly represent CRM priorities
• Treat the HolidayCheck Club as a core part of the customer relationship and ensure it is structurally embedded across the customer journey
• Coordinate closely with Content & Campaign, Analytics & Data, and Tech & Automation to ensure journeys, data, content, and technology work as one system
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to scale and continuously improve our lifecycle communication

What you bring

• At least 6 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle management, including at least 3 years in a strategic role with end-to-end responsibility for customer journeys and their performance
• Proven ability to make segmentation, channel, contact strategy, and prioritization decisions based on data rather than gut feeling
• Strong hands-on knowledge of email, push notifications, and WhatsApp as CRM channels, including their respective mechanics, use cases, and customer experience implications
• Hands-on experience with a CDP or marketing automation platform such as Bloomreach, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Emarsys
• Solid understanding of journey, retention, CLV, and churn metrics, plus experience working with BI dashboards or basic SQL
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable CRM strategies and measures while balancing priorities across different stakeholders
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset
• Active use of AI tools in your daily work and enthusiasm for identifying and implementing automation opportunities
• Native-level German (C2) with an excellent feel for tone and customer-centric communication, as you’ll help shape how HolidayCheck speaks to our customers
