🎯 Missions & Key Responsibilities
You own the full new business cycle in DACH — from first outbound touch to signed contract. You are the hunter: you build your pipeline, run discovery, manage the deal, and close. You lead by example and set the standard for what great enterprise sales looks like at DQE.
• Actively acquire new enterprise customers and own the entire sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
• Identify high-value opportunities in target accounts and convert them into concrete business.
• Engage confidently with decision-makers at operational and executive levels (IT, Data, CMO, CIO, CDO).
• Position our full product suite: Data Quality, Customer Data Management, Data Integration, AI-ready data platforms.
• Build and maintain your pipeline independently via outbound, networking, events, and targeted outreach.
• Work closely with Consulting, Product, and Delivery teams to design the right solution for each customer.
• Over time, contribute to the structure and rhythm of the DACH sales team — your methods become the playbook.
👤 What You Bring
Non-negotiable
• A proven track record in B2B software or SaaS sales — you have numbers, and you own them.
• A pure hunter profile: you're energized by new logos, not account management.
• Strong closing instincts and a drive to win — you manage your pipeline with urgency and discipline.
• Confident, credible presence in front of senior executives.
• Fluent German and good English.
Strong plus
• Experience selling complex software solutions in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Knowledge of Data Quality, MDM, CRM, Customer Data, or related domains.
• Familiarity with ecosystems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Adobe Commerce.
• A leadership mindset: you enjoy mentoring peers and raising the bar collectively.
