About the role
As a Business Performance & Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial transformation agenda of our international Solar Trade business. Working directly with the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Regional Managing Directors and Sales Leaders, you will help shape and execute strategic initiatives that drive profitable growth across multiple countries and business units.
This is a highly visible role at the center of our commercial organization. You will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, translating commercial strategy into executable programs that improve sales performance, pricing effectiveness, profitability and operational excellence. Your work will directly influence a business spanning multiple regions, thousands of customers and significant annual revenue volumes.
The position combines strategy execution, transformation management, stakeholder leadership and performance steering. Success is measured by the impact of the initiatives you lead, the adoption of new ways of working and the tangible business outcomes achieved across the organization.
