What do you have to offer?

  • Business Expertise : Strong understanding of the products and services delivered by SAP Solutions to clients
  • Extensive Experience : Several years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant
  • Communication & Client Relationships : Ability to communicate effectively with clients and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Leadership Skills : Ability to prioritize tasks (based on client feedback and value), identify risks, and navigate obstacles
  • Understanding of Lean / Agile Principles : Ability to coach squad members in applying these principles
  • Language Skills : Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
  • Which task can you expect ?
  • Scope Management
  • Lead governance and oversight for all AM & Technical Services
  • Assuring SLA’s , timelines and SoW are covered
  • Escalation point for clients and internal teams
  • Identify out of scope tasks and move them into the CR process
  • Ensure go-live readiness for new clients with project manager
  • Resource Management
  • Address any staffing requirement to staffing management
  • Identify skills and expertise needs
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Monitor, manage and foster strong "long-term" customer relationship
  • Ensure client satisfaction
  • Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities
  • Stakeholder & Communication Management
  • Interface with all internal and external SD Worx Partners (MPS, IMP, Staffing, global AMO, Sales, AMS internally, suppliers)
  • Adapt the RACI matrix in alignment with the local CDL.
  • Manage transition from project to run
  • Drive process improvement within the Global AMO
  • Financial Management / Procurement Management
  • Manage client financials as contracted and additional services
  • Manages 3
  • party invoices and approves them

  • Integration Management
  • Drives change. Regularly review and evaluate opportunities to improve the CDL best practices, CDL processes, methods, tools, guidelines and standards – in close cooperation with the Global AMO and the CDL community
