We are looking for a curious, service-minded Systems & Governance Coordinator who enjoys making systems, processes, and people work better together. This is a hands-on coordinator role for someone with a bachelor’s level of education and a few years of relevant experience in systems administration, business process support, compliance administration, or a similar field.

You will help ensure that our Procurement organization operates efficiently, consistently, and compliantly. Working with colleagues across the Intersnack Group, you will support and continuously improve procurement tools and processes, combining practical systems and process knowledge with a genuine desire to help others succeed. You will ensure that colleagues have the right system access, practical support, training, and reliable information. At the same time, you will contribute to stronger data quality, reporting, and system governance.

Your BIG challenge as our Systems & Governance Coordinator

As Systems & Governance Coordinator, you will help connect people, processes, and technology across our Procurement organisation. From supporting users and maintaining system data to improving reporting and driving system enhancements, you will play an important role in ensuring our procurement systems remain effective, user-friendly, and fit for the future.

Working closely with your colleagues from Procurement, Compliance, IT, and external service providers, you will contribute to the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our procurement systems landscape.

Your Key Tasks Include

• Administer and support procurement governance, including user management and access administration.

• Provide support to users and coordinate issue resolution with internal and external partners.

• Maintain system data, configurations, and documentation.

• Support reporting activities and help ensure data quality and consistency.

• Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and related documentation.

• Deliver user training and support system adoption across the organisation.

• Support system enhancements, process improvements, and digital initiatives.

• Cross functional collaboration to improve systems and ways of working

• Support audits, compliance reviews, and governance-related activities where required

• Bachelor qualification or equivalent professional experience.

• 2+ years of experience in systems administration, business process support, compliance administration, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Affinity with systems, data, and continuous improvement.

• Good communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.

• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI or Qlik is an advantage.

• Fluent English language skills; German is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally as required.
