Following driving, rest and working-time regulations
Reliable communication with the transport company and dispatch team
Depending on the position: returning home regularly according to the agreed schedule

Professional experience as a truck driver
Legal right to work in Germany / the EU
Basic German or English is an advantage, depending on the position
